RDF’s CDS was accompanied by Rwanda’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, Charles Karamba, the Director General of International Military Cooperation at Rwanda’s Ministry of Defence, Brig. Gen. Patrick Karuretwa, and other Ministry of Defence senior officers.
Rwanda and Ethiopia inked agreements pertaining to air travel services in the last seven years, and this has resulted in an easy cooperation between RwandaAir and Ethiopian carriers.
The two nations have also experienced more than two decades of military partnership, which started with joint military training.
This cooperation has now grown to include collaboration between the police forces of the two countries.
